Our Journey:
As culinary professionals, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality service. Our diverse experience includes working at Ritual Coffee Roasters, renowned fine dining establishments like Seattle’s Altura and Truckee’s Restaurant Trokay, and honing our skills at Bouchon Bakery in Napa. Coupled with our education from The Culinary Institute of America, we are uniquely positioned to deliver an exceptional culinary experience to the Inland Northwest.
After years in the culinary world, we felt inspired to start our own café, sharing the joy of exceptional food and drink with our community. We began as a mobile espresso bar to understand Spokane’s coffee needs. With a growing following and a recognition of the demand for a dedicated coffee shop, our café was born! The Coffee:
We take pride in delivering high-quality coffee! We roast our own beans, craft all our flavors in-house, and source ingredients locally. Our goal is to positively influence Spokane’s coffee culture, utilizing exceptional local products like honey from Tates Honey Farm and produce and dairy from regional farms.
The Eats:
Our menu features house-made pastries and light café fare, with a focus on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. While our offerings may be small, we believe that quality and creativity speak volumes. We actively engage with local farmers through regional markets to ensure our menu reflects the best of what’s in season.
